This doctor listens, questions and analyzes. The office runs on time, staff is polite and professional. Dr Wallace is up to date with treatment information. Takes his time. Everything needed for personal family medicine.

The staff is always polite and professional. Dr Wallace is very thorough and will make sure all of your medical questions are answered. He is always professional and great to work with. Would recommend Dr Wallace and his entire team to everyone. Always a pleasure to worn with him on my medical needs.

Nobody has scheduled a follow up appointment with my after my initial visit. Aren't they concerned that they haven't seen a patient in several YEARS?! I definitely don't feel valued. Have chosen another physician.

I have been seeing Dr Wallace for over a year now and have no complaints. He is very thorough in his examinations and a pleasant person to talk to. I feel I can discuss any problem or issue I may be having and he explains his answers or comments in a way anyone can understand. I would definitely recommend Dr Wallace to a friend or family member.

I love Dr. Wallace. He is an amazing doctor. However one day I went in an he couldn't see me I got to meet his PA. Dr. Beard is absolutely is the one in million kind of doctor. He takes his time, really explains into detail what he is diagnosis is, what the medicine will do, and what to watch out for with the medicines. The staff he uses especially Mrs. Cindy are wonderful. They follow and check on you often. Can not wait to see him have Doctor or M. D. behind his name. Maybe then RRMC will stop referring to him as PA Beard and all his patients to call him Dr.
