He was a wonderful doctor he found my problem when no one else did. He found my problem when no one else did .he is a wonderful doctor

With a change in insurance providers, I had to change Rheumatologists. Granted, I absolutely loved Dr. Guatam Moorjani and his office staff; however, I could not continue with him. I attempted to make an appointment with Dr. James H Wild and the scheduler was very abrupt and rude. She immediately indicated that I needed a referral, but that doesn't make sense if I have already have a diagnosis and been receiving treatment for several years. When I corrected her, and told her that wasn't my situation, she then asked what insurance I had. When I told her, she abruptly stated they do not accept THAT insurance for new patients!!! At this point, I didn't even argue, because her rudeness was an indication that this doctor and practice would not be a good fit for me.

I write this review as a practitioner myself and I was very dissatisfied with the treatment we received at his office. My wife has been experiencing lupus like symptoms for years that has been overlooked by all of her previous Doctors. Dr. Wild quickly dismissed her symptoms as "anxiety". Please do yourself a favor and see a different rheumatologist that will take the time to diagnose you properly. We actually had to ask for bloodwork...This guy needs to hang up his boots and retire to an old folks home.

He just don't seem to care, complains about staff. Gives up, say's you have this then next visit he is not sure. Needs to retire, if my insurance would let me go elsewhere I would be gone in a heartbeat.

I have been seeing Dr Wild for over 5 years. He always takes time for me, listens patiently to what I have to say and tries to find solutions for me. He tries to work with in my financial limits which is a big help as I do not have insurance. At times the staff has been a problem. I have seen other Dr. before finding him and had pretty severe problems then but not now. Dr.s Wild and Huff have improved my faith in Doctors.

I don't know why he is so bad as the other patient says he is... He is great! He is patient with u and very understanding
