Extremely attentive to our needs! Clearly loves his job!

Arrogant. Very rude. Treats parents as uneducated. Laughs at parents for being worried. Disrespectful. Untrustworthy.

Dr. Wilkes has been taking care of my three young children for a few years now, since we moved back here from Louisville. My oldest was two when we started with him. We tried two other offices here in town, and one missed the mark entirely, the other we really liked the physician, but we were really missing someone knowing our children,as our last pediatrician did. Dr. Wilkes has exceeded my expectations. He is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, prompt, and just an all around outstanding physician. If you are looking for a doctor, who is interested in your child's whole development-physically, mentally, spiritually, and willing to answer questions in all arenas, he is your doctor. He knows my kids, they actually ask to go see him, and in a few urgent situations, didn't want to see anyone else. Should you need a referral, he will give you a fantastic one. I have been truly touched at the numerous ways Dr. Wilkes has gone above and beyond what is required, or even asked of him, to help us… make informed decisions for our children, in various capacities. Most importantly, he will listen to you, and as a parent, that is invaluable. Taking any input, he still makes the best medical decision for your child. Dr. Wilkes is a true professional, and he has a gift fo caring for children. My husband and I are healthcare professionals, and I would feel very confident referring anyone to him. His partners, Dr. Karry and Dr. Warner, are also outstanding, and truly great with their patients as well!
