James Edward Williams, DO

After firing my male primary care physician after 13 years for being rude, I went in search of a new one. I decided I would only see a female doctor in the hopes that there would be more compassion and less of an abrasive, demeaning attitude. When I called this office I could not believe the amount of professionalism and caring they showed. I was transferred to a nurse named Bridgette (love her!) Bridgette asked me about my symptoms and took her time on the phone with me to get a gist of what was going on. She scheduled an appt for me the very next day with Doctor James Williams. While I had initially said I would never see a male doctor again, he was available so I went. What a great experience. Dr. Williams listened patiently, did not interrupt me, and was overall very kind. Turns out that on top of a cold I also had strep throat. He explained, in detail, what medications would be prescribed. Dr Williams also went through my whole medical history with me. In hindsight I… should not have judged all male doctors because of my prior experience. Even though this is my first visit with Dr. Williams, I am hoping to continue to have the same quality of service I received from him and his staff today. J. Weston

I was going to Dr. Williams for over 20 years and I was generally happy with his care until last year when my health was really questionable. I was having very bizarre symptoms continuously for months and he just brushed it off like it was all in my head..... which it wasn't because I got worse. Then he had the nerve to say he had to go bc another patient was waiting for me. He's in this business to care for ALL his patients. That day I decided not to go back to him but to continue seeing some of his associates who show more care and professionalism.

He takes time to listen and thinks about the reality of medical diagnosis. I am lucky to have him as my GP.

Great doctor, treats me for hypotension, never have had a bad time with Dr. Williams

This Dr. hangs up telephone calls with patients!

Have been treated by Dr Williams for high blood pressure and cholesterol for the past 10 years. He has been compassionate and shown real caring in finding any other medical problems which have arisen during this period. His referrals to other specialists have been absolutely the best

Great practice
