Dr. Williams, Maura, Nikie and Yoeona helped me through a tough illness over the last 2 months. I am so glad I had them in my corner. They were so helpful and responsive every step of the way!

What started off as a wonderful doctor patient relationship and a highly expensive concierge doctor. Turned into intentional malice. After a brief billing dispute, I had relieved Jim Williams and total primary care from their medical duty via Nikki. We have several family members that pay to be a part of that practice and others also had to call and cancel such as my mother. Before they could call their corporate affiliation for lack of a better term, we asked them to fill a prescription that was medically needed. Being told yes to that request, all seemed fine. Fast track a day and no prescription called in Dr refuses to speak and his office tells me he won’t fill the prescription. Poor planning on my part. However; Dr’s shall do no harm. Also still a patient at that point?.. take your chances.

The purpose of a concierge practice is to personalize medical care and service. Dr. Williams meets this objective totally in his approach to both the routine visit as well as the medical emergency.. I have had significant positive experience with him in both contexts. In the office, Jim Williams is focused, thorough and knowledgeable, listening intently and then working systematically through the issue to proposed solutions. In the emergency context — and I had a serious one. one a year or so ago — I probably owe my life to the total attention and responsiveness he brought to the situation. He remained fully connected to me while making the diagnosis and then designing a comprehensive medical strategy to deal with the emergency, including securing a superb surgeon, expedited hospitalization and ensuring a methodical recovery. It was an impressive performance by a consummate professional.

Dr Williams and his staff are wonderful. They are like an extension of the family. I was Dr Williams' patient when he worked fo Johns Hopkins but now that he has his own practice the office is much more efficient. I always get an appointment within 24 hours and the doctor is great about reporting results, returning calls, and replying to emails. His staff is always kind and helpful. His blog and Facebook posts also very helpful. Dr Williams is extremely well connected to the Sibley hospital and Johns Hopkins system so when I was sick I got in right away with the best specialist. Plus the new Sibley hospital opens soon and it will be fabulous- his office is adjacent to the hospital.

Dr Williams and his staff have always been there for my parents. They are always there when we need them and make extra time to help my parents through illnesses, hospitalizations and all of our questions. His staff is particularly good at helping us navigate referrals, setting up radiology appointments, and explaining billing questions that arise. Dr. Williams does a great job of explaining everything and making time when needed!

Dr.Williams has been my physician for over 10 years, since the time he worked with his father. I followed him when he joined the Hopkins network and now to his new practice. He is always reliable and always spends a lot of time with me. His new practice allows him to spend so much more time at each visit than with the last group, and his staff is fantastic.

Jim Williams is A VERY CARING AND COMPETENT PHYSICIAN!

Dr. Williams and the JHCP staff are amazing! They go above and beyond to produce excellent patient care. Dr. Williams is detailed and very knowledgeable. They are the best!

I took my daughter to Dr. Williams for a sports physical and found him to be very thorough. He spent a considerable amount of time with us and we will be keeping him as our family doctor.

What a nitemare, will never return even if he was the last on earth!!!! Would have a better chance at surviving in a pit of rattle snakes! His staff is unbearable, office is something out of the 70's and not very clean. Needs a lot of improvements!
