Dr. Williams has been my doctor for nearly 30 years (and I am 44), he is compassionate and caring, and has taken time to diagnose and treat my many issues over the years. He truly is one of the best. His office staff (since the buyout) however; are rude, caddie, mean and condescending. After 30 years of going to this practice, I am choosing to find a new doctor because of this incorrigible group of woman. Good riddance old bats! Sorry Doc Williams, I will miss you.

Love the Dr. hate dealing with his new staff. They do not share his care and personal nature. I stayed with Dr. Williams for 12 years even after moving an hour away...until today. I don't know or understand the rudeness and lack of planning on any office managers part in having a staff meeting from 12-1pm while patients whom also work would like to simply pick up there prescription during their lunch and are unable. I have no problem switching because it will save me the gas, but its too bad my patient/dr relationship has to be interupted by someone other than the Dr.

Have been seeing James Williams for over 20 years, The staff come and go. Just have to deal with that. He is knowledgeable, kind, considerate, trustworthy and honest. I will miss him. He can never be replaced, in my opinion.

dr williams is a great doctor but his staff is horrible, he is worth going to see because he a great doctor, but dealing with his staff will try your patience, i wish he would open his own practice
