He holds a Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry, as well as a graduate degree in Health Evaluation Sciences from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. Originally from the Philadelphia suburbs, Dr. Wilmarth enjoys living and practicing in this region, where he has built long-standing relationships with patients and their families.
