Dr. James (Jim) Wood III- is by far one of the most and well experienced Nephrologist and internal Medicine physicians in Charlotte Metro area. Dr. Wood is very humble -a trait not usually observed among many fast pace professionals. You will like the visit or consultation I guarantee you. I had some experiences working alongside him in his Medical Clinics and when he was the Medical director for Carolina Medical Centers, in the Dialysis, kidney transplant units and hypertensive Care. I would highly recommend him for any internal medicine especially nephrology and hypertensive consultations or even treatment. I have no better words to express how much he cares about his patientâ??s wellbeing. The staff in his private practice works pretty much as a team and patients are well treated just like family members. The waiting time in his office is consistent, almost 5-8 mins which is amazing for specialist! Here is one bonus- this practice will prioritize treatment over other unforeseen… circumstances. For me, this is the place because it doesn't get any better than this folks

Dr. James Wood, is very intelligent and treated his patients with autmost care and respect. He is definitely one of the top rated,an excellent nephrologist in the Charlotte Metro when it comes to treating kidney related diseases. I have so much respect for him and for what he does as an internist. I would always refer patients to his care becuase of these qualities.
