The disrespect and in professional acts of the office and front desk is sad! They do not get appointments made they do not answer phones. In person they are so awful and uncomfortable to around! Everyone of the behind that desk have a I'm the godlike attitude. The lack of care in this last year is very sad. They get nothing done. A Patients are suffering and this office doesn't seem to care about patients anymore. It's truly sad.

they slammed the office window in our face...improperly billed our insurance company and left us with over 500 dollars in bills when we should only have a 10 dollor co pay as we have for the last 30 yrs..when I told the doctor about it he completely ignored us when we tried to tell him......If you think he is a good doctor then you are a moron

My wife was seeing the dr. yates one morning when I approached the window and ask to see the person handling the billing...we told the woman she was billing the insurance company wrong, because we were receiving a bill well over a hundred dollars...when we should only have a co pay of 10.00 All she could do was argue back that she was billing it right and it was the insurance fault and then slammed the window on me...when I tried to tell doctor yates the problem...he ignored me and refused to remedy the problem...until this day we owe them over 500 dollors because of this.... If you think he is a decent doctor.....then you are a moron

Believe me. He was a breath of fresh air compared to what I'd had for the 3 years before I changed doctors.
