Dr. James M Yun, MD

Dr Yun "threw me under the bus today." I am convinced that the problems I've been having the past 4.5 months with sinusitis and eustachian tube dysfunction, are far too complex for his limited skill set. He's a "one-trick pony" in Roseburg, so he doesn't really care or show compassion with his patients. He has lots of one star reviews for the same reason. For months now I've been suffering under his supposed care with no relief and no diagnosis whatsoever. He has revealed himself to be a real disappointment of a human being, not to mention as a doctor. He did do a septoplasty nearly 2 years ago. I'm suspicious that that procedure may have compromised the integrity of my nose and is at the root of my problem. If that proves to be the case he will be legally challenged, I can assure you.

My wife had an appt. with Dr.Yun. they informed her that she had a bill of $34.78 from 2008 that they had to write off so she would have to give them a $500.00 deposit before she could see the doctor. They didn't even do their job to find out that my wife's Medacare & supplemental Would have paid 100% of the bill. It looks like Mr. Yun is more interested in money than his patient's so we are looking for a new doctor I hope anyone reading this post will do like wise. But I got the last laugh as I payed his alleged 10 year old bill of $34.78 with compounded interest with 4700 pennies.

Misdiagnosed my son and after 2 visits said there was nothing more he could do for his headaches. A few days later we took him to the ER at Mercy where the doctor immediately did a PT scan and found a large brain tumor. He was rushed to Riverbend by ambulance Sunday night, after Thanksgiving. A competent surgeon removed the tumor. There are other ENT doctors so I would go to anyone before I went to this man.

Had to dig for any information about my problems and solutions. For some reason got ill a day after seeing him, the illness lasting a good while, though I came in no contact with other patients. Did not feel my concerns were respected, Felt disliked for asking questions I would have asked any doctor.

Dr. Yun was able to see on CT what the radiologist was not. He went over and above to make sure my CT dx was correct and it was not. He took appropriate actions to resolve my problem.

I had a plug put in my septum, and it was a painful thing to have done, but Dr. Yun did everything I could have asked to make it easier to deal with. Fantastic Dr. He answered all of my questions and I felt comfortable before he even started examining my issue.
