Dr. James Yun

Dr. Yun (and his Dartmouth Hitchcock medical center team) is absolutely amazing. He worked constantly and around the clock to identify the cause of my husbands illness when he was admitted to the hospital last March. Throughout the process, Dr. Yun was extremely professional, kind, and understanding. He met with us daily, answered our myriad questions patiently and respectfully, and made us both feel comfortable at each turn. In addition to his gift of making patients feel comfortable and cared for, Dr. Yun is an exceptional surgeon. After performing an eight-hour open heart surgery, handling the significant complication that arose, Dr. Yun left the operating room and met with my family and me in the waiting room. He discussed the procedure in great detail and with the patience that had become characteristic at that point. We continue to be so grateful for the care he provided.
