They never sent me a bill and reported my account to a debt collector. After calling the Office about the issue, let them know we never recieved a bill. I paid the outstanding amount and asked for a letter to dispute the debt collection. Received a notice that they were sending to collection, we call and let them know that a bill never came and told we could pay now to settle but wanted to make sure nothing was going to be reported and they assured us that nothing would be sent in on our file. We did so and now we have a collection on our credit for a bill that has been paid. I will be requesting a copy of our medical records. I have superb credit and have never had anything reported to a debt collection agency.

Horrible customer service. I would give ZERO stars if possible. The office staff is rude and wait times are long. We waited two and a half hours only to be told we missed the lab pick-up and could not complete necessary blood work. I spoke to the then, Office Manager after my appointment about the long wait times and she had nothing to say. I had to print the new patient forms myself and bring with us to the appointment. Apparently, the office staff never reviewed them and entered our updated contact information into the computer. They never sent me a bill and reported my account to a debt collector. After calling the new Office Manager about the issue, she says they never looked in the file for our billing address. The Office Manager deliberately mailed me a letter saying that I never provided them my correct mailing address which is totally false. I will be requesting a copy of our… medical records.
