Dr. James H Zeitlin, MD

Jamie took me off a med i was on for 25 years. Jamie took me off a med i was on for 25 years. I became suicidal and tried to off myself so he dropped me as a client.

This was my first appt and he was absolutely wonderful. Very personable and easy to talk to. He asked many questions so he could know as much about me and my medical history. He did not rush me and I am very grateful to my friend that referred me to him. Look forward to a great relationship with Dr. Zeitlin.

Dr Zeitlin took care of my parents for many years (and I accompanied them on their appointments), and he was a wonderful caring physician. When I returned to Portland and needed a new physician I requested him and have not been disappointed. He never appears rushed and gives me his full attention.

I am really grateful to have such a smart doctor. His advice to me has always been wise, he makes great referrals when I need some sort of help that is not his specialty, he's a good listener (that's a rare good quality!) and he has high expectations for my health. It's not just about treating illness, but really about promoting good health as I grow older. My whole family has been with this doctor for at least a decade and we hope he never moves way! This man in every way, shape or form should not be a doctor.

My experience with James Zeitlin is very disapointing. I would not recomend him to anyone serious about finding a good doctor. Very unprofessional, ignorant, condescending, uneducated& thoughtless man. He doesn't come up with his own conclusions when diagnosing a medical condition, he uses Google, & even then he provides false information. He does not practice "doctor patient confidentiality" what so ever. In my opinion this person shouldn't be practicing medicine.
