Dr. James Kenneth Zelenak is an excellent primary care. He does a great superb job to inform us on the lab results and any test results. He is very thorough and very compassionate. He is always on top of any health issues. I want to take this opportunity to thank him and his wonderful medical assistant Rochelle on her great compassion and time she spent calling the patient. I also give 5 stars to Dr. Zelenak, Rochelle, phlebotomists at their office labs and front staff of Commonwealth primary care for their diligent work and all the responsibilities that they take very serious.

I love Dr. Z! He takes his time with me as a patient, is very knowledgeable, shares his knowledge for my benefit, has good suggestions for eating healthy & different suggestions for how to incorporate exercise into my life, etc. I feel he truly cares. A very laid back, friendly guy.

Zelenack is a vaccine pusher. If you don't want to take vaccines, then Zelenak doesn't want you as a patient.

I would not send my worst enemy to Dr. Zelenak. Arrogant and unsympathetic. Find someone else.

Dr. Z is great,always professional, caring and compassionate. Have been seeing him for almost 10 years now and think he is great, his nurse is also great. He is good at diagnosing and with follow up, quick to return calls. I feel i have had execellent care with him, and because he of him my cancer was diagnosed early.... Thanks Dr Z and Cherrie
