Dr Benton actually LISTENS to her patients, treats all with courtesy and compassion. Will refer everyone to her.

I thought it was just me who had a problem with the receptionist. I also thought she was very rude and condescending. I really liked Dr. Benton though. I've avoided going back to her because the receptionist but finally had to make an appt. I'm glad I'm not the only one.

Dr Benton is a Awsome doctor first I have found! She spends time with you and really listens! But the only complaint is her receptionist the main one that is always there! She is rude and when doctor tells you to call back for refill she is just flat out rude and says call the pharmacy and they will call what you need in we'll not if it's one that has to be done by Benton and hand delivered to pharmacy! Then I say well I did call pharmacy and they say It's one you have to call office to get filled. Then she calls pharmacy lazy! And they are just doing their jobs! When you ask her a ? She gets all smart with you same when you ask her your co pay she makes smart comments same as all the times you come! Had so many people say they quit going just because of receptionist and that's sad because Benton is really truly the best and would so recommend and have but they make appointment and receptionist is rude to them so they just don't show! But just don't know how to tell Benton… because hate to make her upset! So somebody please tell her!!! Before I stop going!!!
