Best provider I have seen in ages. She had familiarized herself with all relevant details of my history before seeing me. She listened carefully to my story and my symptoms. Her expertise in her field was apparent as she explained things in clear, easy to understand language. She corrected misconceptions I had about what treatments I should and shouldn’t be using and why, using her spine model to show me as she explained. She explained how long the fracture could take to heal and the role of Physical Therapy after the fracture heals. Everything she said made so much sense and was so helpful. She was the first clinician to explain any of this, despite the fact that I been hospitalized overnight for the fracture on a specialty service. Most of all, she was genuinely caring about making sure I have the best possible chance to heal from this without it getting worse and without suffering long-term impairment. She is awesome and I’m so grateful to have been connected with her for care.

Lacks compassion, although knowledgeable, lacks a proper treatment plan. I had to ask to get anything ordered. Luckily I work in healthcare and am well versed in common treatment for my issue because if I didn’t ask for it she would have done nothing. Very rude and unprofessional. Can’t believe she went into this profession.
