Dr. Jamie Burrows, DO

You worked at Overland Park Regional Medical Center in Shawnee, Kansas, 16 years and 20 days ago. You were 33 or 34 and based on your behavior probably just completed residency. You’re stockier, wrinkled and have different hair. but the same harsh looks. You performed a cesarean delivery on my wife 16 yrs ago. Your manners and conduct were grotesque and unprofessional. You turned our "new baby moment” into a sick perverted joke. I wonder if you ever have regrets, or if your wife or husband dumped you that day for you to treat us as you did. Your manners were rude, callous, and immature. You were without empathy or filters for your patients’ feelings and culminated in nasty sick dehumanizing comments during the surgery. In case you don't remember, I will remind you of the Joking Low Brow Comments You Made. No one laughed in that O.R. but you. You told my wife and everyone in that O.R., "It would be so easy just a flick of the knife to ensure you never worry about… future pregnancies. It would be so easy right now". Of course, you were talking about Hysterectomy or removal of her uterus. I guess your opinion of patients was so low you thought we didn't know or care. You are a sick and perverted doctor trying to convince my wife while she was full of anxiety and legally incapacitated. Although my wife may have been awake during the spinal tap, she was not lucid or capable of sound judgment. I 'll never forgive your words and conduct. Hope your life is miserable, and you are unloved, and your family only cares about your money. I regret not filing a grievance in 2009 or requesting a different attending surgeon. To this day I’m not certain you didn’t do anything while you had her open at your insensitive hands. I keep looking back on that and get reminded how you treated my wife like she was a dog getting spayed.

Jaime Burrows is the best Ob/Gyn I have ever to have had the pleasure to visit. She and her staff are caring, knowledgeable, and professional. I am delighted to have found this practice.

Dr. Burrows is by far the kindest, most wonderful OB/GYN you'll find in Brevard County. She is knowledgeable, has a wonderful bedside manner and takes her time to get to know you. I have never, ever felt like "just a patient" with her. Her medical advice over the years that I've seen her has always been spot on as well. She's the best. Honestly. Her staff has always been great too.

Dr. Burrows is a breath of fresh air. She takes the time to really get to know you and answer every question you might have. Her bedside manner is unmatched by any other doctor I’ve seen in my lifetime. She’s friendly, trustworthy, compassionate, a truly cares for her patients. I wish I could guarantee that she would be there for my delivery; she is phenomenal!

Jamie Burrows is a wonderful doctor. She takes the time to listen to all of your concerns, does not judge in the least bit, and is extremely thorough with finding out what is wrong and helping to ease your condition to make it more comfortable for you. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a compassionate and highly educated OBGYN!

My granddaughter went to her because of her insurance, I liked her so much I made an Appt. She is so personable, talks to you in normal conversation, no hurried appt. Tries to cover all aspects. My daughter is now setting an appt. with her too. Highly recommend!

During C section delivery of my little girl this terrible women made comments of how easy it would be to euthanize my wife. For this I will forever hate her for ruining the birth experience of my child. Shame on you Burrows

Dr. Burrows is a wonderful doctor who truly cares for her patients. In todays world it is nearly impossible to find a doctor that will get to know you and truly care about what you are telling them. They see so many patients, it has to be hard to truly give concern to each patient. She is my normal OB doctor and today I had the unfortunate fate of meeting another doctor in her practice for my 28 week check up. He was horrendous and reminded me of everything Dr. Burrows is not. She is forward thinking, intelligent, kind, compassionate and empathetic. She genuinely takes time to get to know her patients personally and shows deep concern for her patient. If she is not on call the day I go into labor, I will do whatever I can to prolong labor to have her there! I do not want any other doctor putting a finger on me. I am beyond happy with her care and wouls recommend her to any Mother to be. Not enough stars for this doctor. Truly an angel.

Great Doctor and really cares for her patients

Dr. Burrows delivered my daughter. She is absolutly wonderful! She even involved my other 3 children at the office visits. I had no complications after my c-section (i had many before). She is caring, professional and excellent at making you comfortable and easing fears. If I was going to have any more children...I would not hesitate to go to her!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! Not enough stars to rate this physician!
