Was promised great things but disappointed. I called about concerns after a biopsy and the nurse said not to worry only a hematoma. Turned out to be the infection I was concerned about and luckily my PCP did take me seriously but questioned why this office didn’t offer to see me with my symptoms of swelling, redness, pain, dizziness, and slight fever. Was told just a hematoma and don’t worry. Didn’t appreciate surgery concerns were dismissed and not taken seriously. Luckily my PCP didn’t want me to have surgery with an office that didn’t take concerns seriously and got me in ASAP to a different surgeon that also worked with my preferred Plastic Surgeon. The new office called every few days after my discharge and got me in right away with the slightest concern of infection. It’s not just the MD, but the nurses who control who the doctor needs to see can make a difference.

If it weren’t for Dr. Caughren, I’d hate to think of where I would be. After a consultation to evaluate my risk factors, she performed a hand exam and found a lump that both mammograms missed. She immediately ordered an MRI. I was diagnosed with an aggressive, early stage breast cancer. Without Dr. Caughren’s thorough exam, I would have been in serious trouble at my next scheduled mammogram. She is very kind yet down to business and she immediately had an individualized plan for my treatment. Because my cancer was found so early, my treatment was much less harsh. I am forever grateful to Dr. Caughren.

She has a great bedside manner, cares about her patients.

Dr. Caught is amazing! She truly cares about each and every one of her patients and has such drive and compassion. She took plenty of time to answer each and every one of my questions and explained all aspects of my diagnosis. The patience and explanation that was given far exceeded my expectations. I do not dread visits to Dr.Caughran because she makes the visits as painless as possible. I would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Caughran is the most compassionate, kind hearted Dr. I've ever dealt with. She truly cares about her patients, spends time and answers any and all questions you may have. She doesn't ever act in a hurry, but instead has YOUR best interest in mind. She even gave me her email address, and when I sent a message with additional questions, she replied in a few hours! She is OUTSTANDING!!!
