Dr. Jamie Donald Feusner, MD

He is bar none! His aim is to increase the quality of life for the patients he serves.

Dr. Feusner saved me. I was hospitalized for a severe reaction to a cocktail of psych meds previously prescribed by dr. Carole edelstein. The reaction required me to take Xanax, indural and cogentin for 4 months. I become dependent on Xanax and dr. Feusner immediately switched me to clonepin and worked with me to Ween off the benzodiazepines. I was so anxious when I met him due to the drug reaction episode leaving me with severe panic disorder. He worked on my case in conjunction with an excellent CBT dr. Named dr. Rodney Boone. Together they cured me. I am forever grateful.

I reached out to Dr. Fusner regarding a family member with severe OCD. I made clear to him during two conversations that the patient sought CBT treatment only, as he is already working with a competent psychiatrist. Knowing this, Dr. Fusner scheduled an appointment, charged $450 on the spot, only to say he did not have time to do CBT. About the possibility of having an opening for CBT in the near future, he said, “It’s the luck of the draw.” Unethical taking advantage of patient’s vulnerability

I have no doubt that he is a smart guy, but he is a good awful doctor who should stick to research and never see patients.

This guy is a total Jerk! I think that I would have received better bedside manner from a complete stranger, he was short, distracted and rude. I reccomend going elsewhere for real counseling and a caring environment.
