would not recommend this provider AT ALL. No empathy, urgency, late for most appointments, talks over you, and concerns were always minimized.

Is rude and uncaring about my concerns.

Dr. Kendall-Weed is competent, willing to work with me as opposed to insisting that I do what she says, and spends whatever time with me she needs to. That being said, she tends to overbook her patients so that waiting times can stretch into an hour or more. She is a sole practitioner, with the help of a PA (who I like very much), but her hours are limited and communication with her office is a nightmare. I have left messages on the nurse line that are not returned. The only way to speak with a human is to choose making an appointment, and then I get to speak to an overworked receptionist. For these reasons I am looking for another doctor.

I saw Dr. Kendallweed last month, after struggling with hospitalization for pneumonia. The office was warm and welcoming- it had a charming and not too clinical feel. The office staff are helpful. Dr. Kendallweed was very knowledgeable and took a long time with me to answer my questions and make me feel more comfortable. She was extremely welcoming and felt like she really cared, which my prior doctor did not take the time for. I don't understand the prior comments about not being able to pay for the visit, as mine was covered completely since I do have insurance, I guess if you don't have insurance then medical bills will be high but that is anywhere you go I guess. I give this doctors office and Dr.Kendallweed my highest recommendation since it was such a relief to finally find a doctor who is smart and caring as her.

I saw Dr. Kendall-Weed last month after a long stay in the hospital for pneumonia. She took a very long time with me as a new patient, asked so many questions and felt like she really knew me. I cannot recommend her enough, I feel sorry that she may run behind though since she does give patients all the time they need. My follow up appointments were not rushed and I felt very appreciate of the care she gave to me. I have Kaiser insurance, and everything was billed just fine, I never had an issue with insurance coverage, so I really don't know the issue with the previous posts. I did not have any bill.

the Dr Kendall Weed at 1401 6th St, Bellingham is known to code visit so your insurance doesn't cover the visit and demand full payment from you instead of a lesser amount form your insurance. And inspite of her website statement: no discount for cash payment. seen in Oct 2019

Had to wait for over an hour and a half

I was so impressed with Dr Kendall-weeds kindness. That is her foundation and the care she provides is priceless. I look for these qualities in people in general but to have that in my own personal physician...is just a blessing. Thank you for such great care and delivered with such high integrity and professionalism. Everybody should have a Dr like you! I just want to say - thank you!

Very Caring, Competent, Thorough. She genuinely listens and takes the time to explore and discuss problems that I was vague about, at best. I'm very confident of her skill and care.
