My provider for this day was temporarily filling in for my regular nurse practitioner that had transferred. She regularly works in Lancaster and she was excellent. I would go to her if it wasn't so far from where I live.

I had not been happy when I learned [provider name] was no longer with the practice. She was the best!. However, after seeing Jamie, I was relieved that she too is very knowledgeable and efficient and caring in a very specialized field.

She was amazing!! Because I had a UTI, my initially scheduled appointment had to be canceled. She was not at all disturbed that I cost her valuable time. (Many professionals would have been.) Because we were in a short time frame due to upcoming surgery, she actually "created" a time to do the urodynamic test out of her own personal time. I was incredibly grateful to her for her sacrifice to help me.
