I was recommended to her and thought my troubles were over. I had already seen a couple of doctors for the same issue, different treatment for the same thing. My expectation was that my experience would be different only to realize that whatever she had prescribed was as bad as what my previous doctors had recommended.

After spending $1000s of dollars in office visits, months of pain/suffering and being completely belittled by her whenever you question her, I found out that the LPR diagnosis that she passes off on everyone was simply a large calcified tonsil stone!

I did not have a great experience with her. She like other doctors did not diagnose me properly and I had to visit another doctor who helped me with my stomach issue. Glad I looked for help elsewhere.

I went from specialist to specialist for years and no one could give me a definitive diagnosis or successful treatment until Dr. Koufman. She is a life saver! Highly Recommend.

Dr. Koufman solved my issues almost entirely in just two visits - it was like nothing I’ve ever experienced. She was able to narrow down the root cause of my problems almost immediately, then she found the actual solution in no time. My second visit was really just a formality to ensure I wasn’t taking any steps backwards. All in all, it was an amazing experience on my end.

I came to Dr. Koufman after going through many doctors and hospitals in Upstate New York and the Cleveland Clinic. When I walked into her office I read a sign on her wall that read "this is your final stop." It was correct. Dr. Koufman was the first doctor to listen to me, treat me appropriately, and refer me to an excellent surgeon. I have my life back thanks to Dr. Koufman.
