Dr. Jamie P. Levine, MD

Long office waits. Impossible to get an appointment. Literally one and done. Never visited by Levine post-op or seen by him for months following the surgery he performed. When worsening pain and complications arose, he was nowhere to be found. The team was repeatedly dismissive, unattentive, and uncaring. Slammed the door on my case without any recommendations. Secty and front desk staff , however, are lovely. Run, don't walk.

Dr. Levine’s skill and ability to think outside the box re my unique case was life changing for me. I had bad facial scarring and other abnormalities resulting from a bad car accident. He accomplished in one procedure what other Board Certified Doctors weren’t able to over many procedures. I am profoundly grateful.

Dr. Levine is amazing ! I had reconstructive breast surgery with him he made me feel like myself again! Bed side manner is wonderful, spent all the time and answered the questions without making you feel rushed ! You will wait to see a specialist but after you meet with him, it will be well worth it. Just want to thank him from the bottom of my heart for making my decisions so easy !

Unfortunately I have had several surgeries this has to be the one of the worst experiences I’ve ever dealt with for any office. The doctor bedside manner seemed wonderful but after that all downhill each and every staff member and the office is rude and nasty. I tried scheduling the surgical appoint for over a month because the day I went in for a consult they were fused to schedule the appointment they said they would have to speak to my Surgical oncologist and get back to me which they’ve never did. I left several emails and messages until finally they responded to an email stating the Dr had nothing for 3 months even though when I met with the doctor he told me he would do it at the end of the month..... finally for my pre op I drove three hours at 25 minutes for my pre op Was 27 minutes late they told me I had to come back another time that he is with patients that are actually on time in those exact words after they had put me in a room and took my vitals. I expressed to them… that I drove over three hours in traffic to get to this appointment just to sign a consent form but they weren’t Interested.

The doctor's office personnel, (Tani and Jessie), office is not people oriented at all. They don't get that you are a patient and not someone buying a pair of shoes. In addition, they don't understand or care to understand that you have questions that perhaps are outside of the top ten ones they typically answer. They are receptionists at best. They make matters worse not letting you finish talking. Very rude. They make it known by their behavior that they don't have time understand the situation at all. They leave half messages, leaving you to decipher what is going on and when you call back , you get a call center. Overall a very frustrating office to deal with. Since you cannot get the doctor you have no choice but to deal with the office. well, now I will rethink using Dr. Levine.
