She was judgmental and demeaning, she said that I wasn't a veteran because I never saw combat even though I served honorably for 8 years. Her office boy refused to file for restitution with the Veterans Administration, he lied about attempting to file it and then tried to force me to pay for services that had already been guaranteed to me.

Dr. Lovdal is the best and most caring physician to me and my family that we have ever had. She is easy to talk to and explains medical terms in a way that can easily be understood. Her follow-up with patients is greatly appreciated and is often provided at the patients convenience, which may be at the end of her day. DR. Lovdhal is very smart and knowledge. We are fortunate to have her in our community. She is not just my friend but she is someone that I have actually put my family's life in her capable hands.
