Jamie Manbeck, CRNP, is a nurse practitioner specializing in pediatrics. She treats children for a variety of gastrointestinal issues, including constipation, acid reflux, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and celiac disease."After years of working as a registered nurse in the pediatric ICU, I wanted become a nurse practitioner to work more closely with families on conditions that affect their daily lives," she says.Ms. Manbeck attended Drexel University in Philadelphia, where she earned her nursing degree."I really enjoy getting to know patients and their families and working alongside them to help them thrive," she notes. She also enjoys seeing the successes of her individual patients as she helps them work through their conditions.A native of central Pennsylvania, Ms. Manbeck wanted to raise her family here. "We love living in this area and being active members in our community," she says.
