Dr. Jamie Smith Osborn, MD

Worst "medical professional" I've ever encountered. It was the weirdest appointment I've ever had. She appeared disconnected and disengaged the entire time. Her comments and questions were irrelevant to the topic being discusssed. Coworkers who have seen her found errors on the report she wrote or left off facts to cover her carelessness, which led me to check my report. My report was also completely false. I worry that her inadequacy and negligence will cause harm to others. She should be evaluated as well as all reports she's written.

Unusual appointment. Doesn’t listen. Comments off topic. Inaccurate diagnosis and treatment.

I had the most unconventional experience with this doctor. She very unprofessional, disoriented and spacey during the appointment. Her comments were off-tangent and irrelevant to the topics discussed, as if she was not listening but commented just to have something to say. I discussed this with other medical professionals who advised to stay away from her. I later read her reports which were completely false - not one word of truth. She should be evaluated. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical professional. Talks over patients and does not listen or review history. She’s off in her own world. Her notes from the appointment are completely false. False claims and diagnosis. Unfit to be in this field and should be reported to the board.
