They can call and tell you that you missed an appointment but never call to remind you. Thescheduling seems too always be three patients fault they take no responsibility when they are wrong

Dr Pollock is amazing he saved my life just by looking at me he knew I had a issue with my thyroid. Great Doctor!!

The whole office staff is a joke... the receptionist is probably the rudest person I've ever met... and Pollack himself is always running late because he is "chatty" with other patients.

You will never see the doctor only his nurses.wont talk to you on the phone either.

Waited an hour and twenty minutes to see the doctor for 10 minutes. He refused to provide a referral, tried to set up further appointments, and generally treated us like dirt. My fiance asked for gastroenterology and he tried to send her to a gynecologist, no joke. His bedside manner and his professional skills are both questionable. There is another family practice 2 doors down from his, go there. Or anywhere else.

Great doctor! Takes time to listen.

Finally a breath of fresh air. Dr. Pollock has done more for me than 3 previous Dr.'s have offered in one visit. Always listens and doesn't give up. Great guy! Like any Dr. there was a wait to get in but well worth it!

Dr. Pollock is a wonderful doctor every time I have had any issues his office always gets me in same day or the next morning. He is very personable and listens to all problems. The wait time at the office was very minimal. He also follow up in a prompt manner. Overall I would definitely refer my family and friends to this doctor.

He doesn't listen and if he ever looked at me at all it was at my chest. I simply did not feel comfortable with this doctor. Maybe for a guy he'd be ok, but I will not be seeing him again.

Dr. Pollcok has been my two sons doctor as well as mine for the past two years. He listens and doesnt stop until he can figure anything out. He is very caring. I always refer my family and frends to him. I totally trust him with our lives!
