Dr. Jamie Petsch Rigden, MD

Bedside manner is lacking, and doesn't seem to consider pain or sickness type symptoms. I have no doubt about her qualifications but the seemingly lack of empathy is frustrating.

I have renal cancer and have been seeing Dr. Rigden for several years. She takes good care of my treatment and does an excellent job of asking the right questions and answering mine. She has a great sense of humor and seems to tolerate mine. I highly recommend her.

Misdiagnosis. Did not respond to requests for pain moderation and further testing. Cancer became advanced stage

I was seeing Dr. Rigden for followup to breast cancer. My appointments were spaced at 3 mo. intervals, sometimes 6 mo. intervals. In this busy age of working and taking care of other things, I missed an appointment that was scheduled 3 mos. out, they do NOT offer courtesy calls, but they want to charge you with a missed appointment of $35.00 I refuse to pay this. I could see if I was going regularly and my appts. were closer together. I think a courtesy call is not out of reason.

I have been seeing Dr. Rigdon since 2003. I find her a very competent doctor and over the years have come to think of her as a friend. Great staff also.

I am thrilled that Dr. Rigden is my oncologist-she is extremely intelligent and a very caring lady.

I feel confidant that she is performing what needs to be done for me and my cancer. She may seem abrupt, but really, she is listening, looking, asking questions and it is serious business to her. I am in and out which I like. Personally, she is fun and funny and I trust her completely.

This doctor has a horrible bed side manner. I would not recommend her to anyone. She is demeaning and does not listen to your health concerns.
