Very unprofessional office staff in Harlingen office. Provider was not listening very well during visit and still even after needing refills and stating so during the visit he still did not give them refills. We called later and he said he didn't know what refills they needed even though he prescribed them himself. They always have a hard time getting anything done with this doctor.

Front window staff are all rude and don't know the meaning of customer service.

The staff starting with the office manager is very rude,critisizing and confrontational. The patient is belittled and talked down on because ur concerned about a wait time of 45 minutes...instead of trying to be understanding, the office staff is rude and loses clientel for the doctor because of the representation they give. I do not recommend it...it is ghetto and not somewhere u should recieve medical care.....seems like they are just out to make a quick buck.
