Jamie Shirey, FNP-BC, is the founder of Midlifesy, a hormone and wellness practice dedicated to helping midlife women and men restore balance, energy, and confidence through personalized, root-cause care. With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, Jamie brings advanced clinical expertise and a compassionate, whole-person approach to midlife health, menopause support, hormone optimization, weight concerns, fatigue, brain fog, and more.

Jamie founded Midlifesy after experiencing her own struggles with menopause, including exhaustion, unexplained weight gain, and brain fog while managing a demanding career and family life.
