She is worth any wait time. The benefits of not having to drive to Beaumont to see a good pediatrician is worth the longer wait time due to her being the only doctor at her practice.

To put it simply, they do not care about sick patients, just their policies!! Additionally - Front desk ladies have been rude when I was a week postpartum; they are very uncaring. Dr. Waldrep herself, is overall a kind and caring doctor; however, her staff, besides Nurse Shauna, is extremely RUDE and INCONSIDERATE. I have heard negative things about this practice, but refused to believe, until today when I experienced it. They almost turned away my daughter that currently has strep throat!!! When they already made us wait a day to schedule the appointment. They do not have a walk-in option and will make them wait overnight with fever.. Today we were turned away because we walked in at 11:17 AM. A few minutes past their 15 minutes grace period. This has happened for a well child appointment and I have rescheduled with no problem. But when my children are sick and unforeseen circumstances happen, you need to make the exception. They are not understanding at all. They make mistakes all… the time with prescriptions that don’t get called in, and the wrong thing being called in, but they expect mothers of more than one and all the parents of their patients to be perfect!? Two of the nurses that work there are dating. They were upset that they had to see my daughter, and two other patients that were still there, and they did not get to take their lunch break together today - extremely unprofessional.
