Dr. Warren is really nice & takes the time to explain things. I had 2 implants done & all went great. I actually received a refund on my procedure, not sure if it was an error of the office staff or insurance quote but I was happy. My son had wisdom teeth taken out (not sure what doctor) but it also was a good experience dealing with this practice.

While I really liked the MD beware of the information given by the office staff. I provided the staff with my insurance information when scheduling my son to have his wisdom teeth removed and they confirmed my portion with me. I was told my portion was 462, which I paid. When it was all said and done I received a bill and had to pay the entire amount, an additional 1100 plus in addition to what I paid at time of procedure. The scheduler told me prior to procedure that my insurance was confirmed and I would owe 20%, when i received the bill I was charged the entire amount. When I contacted the office I was told that the insurance co had told her that it would be billed toward my MEDICAL deductible, unfortunately for me, she didn't tell me that until after the procedure - when I confronted them about the misinformation I was told it was my responsibility to know my insurance ( I thought I did) But had I been told that it would go toward deductible which she admitted she was… told I would not have had the the teeth pulled at that time!!! I will never use the practice again b/c of the staff!!!!!!!
