Dr. Jamie Lee Zucker, MD

Don’t have him do your eyelids. Had both eyelids done about five years ago, and he did a horrible job I have scars worse than the saggy eyelids. I have itchy eyes and I have blisters that appear underneath. Horrible!!!

Dr Zucker did my eyelid surgery a waste of $3000.00 dollars. I still have very bad dark circles and bags. After the third or fourth time he said I look great I realized he was trying to convince himself. When I mentioned the circles and bags his reply was “You’re not going to look 25 again”. Wasn’t trying to look younger just wanted what I paid for. He got paid that’s all he cares about. It’s depressing every time I look in the mirror.

I had eyelid surgery performed by Dr. Zucker with bad results. I had to ask his staff to put a note on my file that stated he needed to take time to talk to me about the results. He went on the defense right away there was no constructive conversation he said I was told they might be uneven I don't remember anyone taking the time to tell me that i re-read the information did not read that statement any where. His comment was " its just eyelids not the end of the world". I have been through my husband dieing with cancer and in the last few months have lost my mother I suffer from depression, this was something I was going to do for myself and to me it is my appearance and my self-esteem now have the same dropping eye that I had before the surgery and one crazy eye. It appears that doctor Zucker is more concerned with production and quantity and not the quality of his work. He doesn't care he has the insurance money and if I have them fixed I will have to pay out of pocket. I really… really do not recommend Dr. Jamie Zucker.

I had my eye lid surgery with Dr. .Zucker, which at the time thought all was well. After mths gone by, I noticed the scaring was not pretty, I assumed they would eventually fade out and not be noticeable. Well three yrs now and they still itch and have gotten wider in appearance. Now I look back and ask myself why I didn't just leave the sagging eyelids the way they were. Not what I expected.

Caring and knowledgeable staff and doctor. Great group!
