I was here 4 time with my friend who was patient, 3 time for injection and last time for surgery. Every single time we have been on time in the office and all the formalities have been signed and filled up as requested. The big problem here is they do not care about your time and their own scheduled, at least half an hour delay every and souls time we walked in. I have no idea about the quality of services here and I am not expert to talk about it, but as patient and company, you will be absolutely disappointed by their timing. Apart from this big issue, they do not offer something like tea or coffee while you are waiting for their fault. If your time is precious and looking for some where to respect it, this is not a place for that, and they are absolutely satisfied with that, cause I have never heard apology from them. I hope this is last time and never see them again. ????????

I got a back surgery on 2015. I had a 5 mm disc on my lower back l4&l5. It didn’t really need any surgery. I had little pain but it was manageable and I had a normal life before surgery . He pushed me to do a surgery. He gave me a nerve damage along the surgery. After surgury I always have a very bad pain on my left side of my back which I never have that before surgery and I can not even walk anymore without cane. I was an athletic person and I was able to do all kind of sports before surgery but after surgery I can’t do anything. I always have severe pain. I can’t stand or sit or walk more than 5 minutes and I can’t even sleep at night because of the pain. He ruined my life and I never forgive him. And the most ridiculous thing is I got another MRI after surgery and I still have 5 mm disc. I never recommend this doctor to anyone. He is one of the worst doctors ever. He has no knowledge or skills at All.

thank god to all of this review. because of this review my final decision it not to do my shoulder surgery with this doctor. after few month or therapy I was looking for a for the right doctor that finally can help me with my shoulder and i was thinking about this doctor but now i know to look for some else........... and i also agree with other comment after visiting their clinic.

my mom had an operation of her arm and she has it like really bad she can lift it at all i ask my self is he a good doctor because his work dosent seem like it.i donot recommend this doctor at all.

I have nothing but compliments for Jay Hekmat and his staff....I have had 3 surgeries by him and his staff has treated me great and extended me the ultimate care and professionalisme.I had an accident 13 yrs ago,went from DR to DR..not thrilled with my care untill I met Dr JAY ...He was right on with his dignoses and is always very open and receptive qua dialogue in order explain or learn more about current syptoms.Again I can highly recommend his Office to those who look to find a Dr that still takes the time to listen to his patients.SincerelySamantha

My appointment time was at 10:30 am- I did not even see the doctor until nearly 12:30 pm! Not only that, but his staff was disorganized and I could barely understand them when they spoke to me. For the most part, they acted as if the patients did not even exist. He spent about 20 minutes with me, and immediately recommended epidural injections, but did not explain the procedure very well. I would not recommend this doctor at all.
