A super, super doctor

I love Dr. Bachowski!!! Please don't tell me he has given up his practice!!!

You will not find a better doctor. Dr. B is personable, empathetic, he listens, very professional and also just a Great guy! When you meet with him he takes the time to listen and discuss your health issues. You are his entire focus while you are with him and he identifies ways to help you improve your health and well being!!!! He is truly the BEST!!!

He is really the best. He's super positive, informative, and I always leave his office feeling calm. Also, if you know what you need, his staff is very good with getting you a prescription. I KNEW I had a UTI once on a Friday and he wrote me a script but also asked me to leave a urine sample. I picked up the script, started my dose, and he called me on Monday reaffirming my infection and to check up on me.

Dr. Jan diagnosed and then sent me to everyone who could help me survive prostate cancer. 16 years later, I am cancer free. My psa is zero.

He was great, but when you call the receptionist is often rude, asks personal questions as if she is the doctor, sometimes even tells you what to take and then acts put out if you actually want an appointment. Labs? If you get them Always call to get your results cause they don't. They send a tiny card in the mail which often gets lost. Dr. Bachowski is a very wonderful doctor when you can see him but you will never speak to him by phone unless it's after hours and a true emergency. He gets an "A" in my book but girl at front gets a big "D". Follow up only occurs when you make it happen which seems fair.

Dr Jan Bachowski spent so much time helping me. Even at the end of our long appointment he asked me "do you have any other questions?". Amazing! Most all docrors rush you and are not so caring.My family and I are so lucky our previous doctor retired. We have been using Dr Bachowski now for over a year and would never dream of going anywhre else! The five of us pray he never retires

After 8 yrs. of excellent care with Dr. Bachowski, I hope he never retires. If you wait awhile be assured that when your turn comes, you get his undivided attention. If he seems casual, don't think his mind is not taking in every clue. He thinks out every possibility to make a diagnosis. In addition, he is an excellent listener, has a great sense of humor and is compassionate. Honestly, where does one find such a totally caring doctor these days? If you're not crazy about office staff efficiency, gently nudge them. Dr. Bachowski is highly respected by the best doctors in the area. I have never been disappointed and would recommend him enthusiastically.

I have been going to Dr. Bachowski for the last year and owe him my health. The office staff takes some getting used to but they are not treating me. besides after a couple of visits they get to know you. Dr. Bachowski treats you as a peer even a friend... this builds a trust that allows better communication with the patient. Some may see this as unprofessional or lazy, I see it as genius. It gives him a gimps into your personal life and allows him to evaluate habits and stresses not just the surface issues... His diagnosis and treatment is then based on your history and treatment preferences not just the symptoms.If you are looking for a great physician Dr. Bachowski is the ticket. If your Idea of a good doctor is based on what you see on TV... look elsewhere.

I have been going to Dr B since 1990. He always takes his time with me and is very thorough when making a diagnosis. My whole family are his patients. My daughter tried another doctor when she was sick and he could not find the problem. She went to Dr B and he was able to figure out the problem with one visit. I would not change doctors unless he retires!
