2 children got devastated by Mr.Bender today. came out of office sreaming at them for being to loud. R u kidding me. They r children. My grandson has autism n was absolutely terrified by doctors out burst. He should b ashamed of himself.

My daughter was a new patient with Dr. Jan Bender. I called to see if he could see her and he got her right in. The staff were friendly. He accurately diagnosed my daughter and prescribed medications promptly. I am pleased with Dr. Jan Bender and his office staff.

Dr. Bender always goes the extra mile to help me and family. His staff is friendly and always professional.

Have had problems with him for years. He does not recognize my son when we come in the office, although my son is 11 and Dr. Bender has been his pediatrician since birth. He tries to prescribe Claritin at every visit, insisting my son has allergies when he has none. Laughed at my husband when we raised concerns regarding our son's hearing. (A specialist later confirmed a 30% hearing loss that Dr. Bender would ignore for years) He is nice and friendly, but not very skilled. We had too many misdiagnoses

Dr. Bender is my favorite doctor. Sure.. I'm only 16 so my opinion doesn't really matter but I will say he is the most caring and nicest guy I know in the hospital business. Very professional and understanding.
