Dr. Jan Prasad

Absolutely awful; I wish I could give 0 stars. I took my aunt in and this was the most unprofessional; sexist and just horrendously incorrect doctor I've ever met. And I'm currently in med school and have been working for a wide range of doctors for years along with being a care giver for my mother and interacting with her drs. Claimed if heart pain was felt during sleeping it's nothing to do with the heart and refused to listen to anything else. My aunt has previously had meds that cause heart failure later in life and so many other concerning symptoms. He then put in his records the tests he ordered weren't actually necessary so insurance cancelled them! I will be following up with his office; and then the medical board. I'm deeply concerned for my aunt and he has pushed proper care further out of reach. The medical system failed in that appointment and I'm disgusted knowing doctors like this practice medicine. Oh: and he was incredibly sexist and rude throughout.

Dr Prasad has patiently worked with me over an extended period of time to help me bring my blood pressure in a reasonable zone . he is very wise , has a great deal of experience and I feel blessed to have him as MY Cardiologist . He cares and his staff is excellent . most important he has a World Class cadre surrounding him

He doesn't go by a clock; if time is needed, he gives it. Lets you be part of the treatment, options.

He's willing to discuss options. Good listener. Gives more time than any doctor I go to now.

He was the most arrogant, nasty and insulting doctor I have ever been to and I have been to MANY doctors. If you are looking for a caring doctor look else where! If there was a minus selection he would certainly qualify.

Did not diagnose how blocked my arteries were after numerous tests. I ended up getting a quad bypass. Worthless MD,more manic than a MD no empathy,no remorse

I saw Dr. Prasad in an ER setting and his horrible blunder almost cost me my life. He was not apologetic or remorseful after tearing a hole in my descending artery of my heart. That was the day my life ended as I knew it.
