Dr slazak was the only one after chiropractors and surgeons could not help me with my back! This is the only way to go! Great guy pain free!

Dr Slezak is the best but his office staff has much to be desired. Paperwork does not flow smooth or quickly. Wait for weeks to get a response on surgery date to replace a default stimulator. From the triage nurse down I would replace. Find some people that gave the caring that the doctors have. Years back the staff was by far the best now they close to the worst. Some placed I trusted now not so sure. Dr Slezak please do something with your front area staff and the triage nurse they are not helping you.

Dr. Slezak is so skilled at what he does. He has done several epidural injections at they have been far superior to injections I received by another provider. I was in extreme discomfort, with much swelling, and Dr. Slezak made sure to increase the numbing agent to minimize my discomfort. He has a truly amazing, top-notch, professional staff. I highly recommend him.

Dr Slezak is very professional, but also kind and caring and humble. He has treated me for two years and is the reason I am able to continue being active.

i have been going to ISM for a awhile now,and the treatment and concern by everyone there is like no other.They care about the patient first!they try different options no one has tried before,they go the extra mile to help you,not just treat you as just another patient.I have had more relief then ever before and im going for another treatment today that i never even knew was available,im vbery happy with the CARE they have shown me!
