Dr. Jan Joseph Vlach, MD

excellent, excellent doctor who sought out my problem and didn't just gloss over it.

Dr. Vlach was courteous and spent plenty of time discussing my condition and actually LISTENING to men,unlike many doctors who have their head in a computer while attempting to talk to you. I felt he gave me a very complete exam. I will gladly reccomend him, and I will return to him when I need treatment.

I have dealt with a lot of doctors in my lifetime. I will also go out of my way to make sure the Higher Up's know if I run across a good Nurse, Doctor, and etc...Good Customer Service, especially when you are ill or hurt, is Extremely important and Very Appreciated. I have had to take my husband, and 2 daughter's on seperate occasions for various ailments to see doctor vlach. Every appointment we have gone to, he was nothing less than Outstanding! He diagnoses the issue with compassion, professionalism, and is genuinely a joy to talk to. He takes his time to explain things to you, he listens, and makes even the youngest patient feel unafraid and well cared for. His bedside manner can almost make you forget about being sick or afraid of the doctor. These types of people, much less doctors are a Rare Breed! I wish Dr. Vlach could teach many of the other doctors in Traverse City and else where, what it really means to be a Good doctor. Thank you so much!
