Dr. Jana Christine Nussen

She is an amazing doctor. She listens to all of your concerns and worries. She thinks outside of the box. She takes her time and explains everything. I wouldn't see anyone else but her!! It took me about 4 different doctors until I found her. Her nurse is very nice and I feel like I can trust the both of them with every worry I have.

Absolutely love Dr. Nussen. She is very thorough and makes you feel at ease.

Dr. Nussen has been my primary physician since she began practice and took new patients nine years ago. She is simply outstanding. She respects her patients, listens carefully, and makes you feel at home in her office. I can't say enough good things about the quality of her care. Because of her, I am a cancer survivor although I had not a clue until she urged a mamogram. She caught my hypothyroidism when others relied on a superficial test but she ordered a more advanced test. These are the things that have saved me countless additional health problems.

I have been seeing Dr. Nussen since her arrival at HR Family Practice and I can't imagine seeing anyone else! She is friendly, caring, and listens intentely. Not to mention she is an intelligent and brillant doctor. She is very thorough and I have never felt rushed through my appointment. If it wasn't for Dr. Nussen being so thorough on a routine appointment I had with her, my cancer would not have been diagnosed for quite some time. I will always be thankful to here for that. I must though agree that the front desk staff could be more friendly and professional - it's like you're an impostion to them. Dr. Nussen's assistant Adeena though, is also a wonderful, caring, and attentive staff member - they make a great team! My husband now goes to Dr. Nussen also. I highly recommend Dr. Nussen.

Dr. Nussen takes her time and has great compassion. Front staff on the other hand are unprofessional, in my opinion...rough around the edges. Although doctors are great, office appears messy and cluttered. If you can see past all that, as I have, you will be pleased with the care from Dr. Nussen.

I have been seeing Dr. Nussen for about 2 years now and she is by far the best doctor I have ever had. She is very throrough in her diagnosis and really listened to you. Her bedside manner is one of the best ever. Unfornately I needed to see a doctor this week and she was not available and I had to see someone else. They were terrible and I know now I will wait as long as I have to just so I can see Dr. Nussen. Thank you maam for being the great doctor you are.

Dr. Nussen's not really the problem; it's her horrible front desk staff. They are rude, inappropriate, and snotty.They approach patient care as a business, getting in as many people as they possibly can, who cares about service and relationships. Highly DO NOT Recommend this office.

Dr. Nussen is a marvelous physician. I've been her patient for four years. She's just outstanding, thorough, thoughtful, wise beyond her years. Her assistant, Adeena, is marvelous too. They make a great team.Availability of after-hours phsician on-call is also good. This is a great practice. Referral desk could use a little tweaking, but all-in-all, very courteous responses to patient inquiries.
