I enjoy the integrity of Dr. Jana Peters and all PA’s and her staff. These folks see a lot of patients daily and do their best to help their patients. I have been a patient since she opened here in Princeton and I love her down to earth approach. Much love to all that work there keep up the good work and GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

Office staff is extremely rude. Went to office during thier posted hours, woman at desk refused to let my husband see doctor. She wanted to go home early so she telling everyone they couldn't see doctor.

Dr. Peters is a fantastic doctor and her staff is excellent. Far better than any other doctor in the area. The only downside is the slowness of being seen, around 1-2 hours mainly due to interns and high client traffic. The staff I think could speed up the process better than they do, but when you see the doctor, it's ALMOST worth the wait. Been there at least 5 times and got the diagnosis spot on.

Today I tried to call the office to verify my appointment as I could not find my card..Well,the line stayed busy and I finally got through only to be put on hold, and I held for an hour as I was afraid to let go, for fear that I could not get back thtough..I finally hung up and started the whole process again..I got through again, and got the information I needed..For the time I spent, I could have driven from Bluefield to Princeton & back more than once..I would hope Dr. Peters would get a better telephone system with more phones to make it easier to reach her office..I hope I don't have to call her office again..I'm just sorry I misplaced my appointment card..
