poor bedside manner; she rudely dismissed the ultrasound tech and did not even take time to introduce herself upon entering the room. i was shocked while watching her finish the ultrasound seemingly without interest in connecting with her patient. as a physician myself, i am embarrassed for my profession after our visit with dr. silva.

Dr. Silva is truly one of the best. Her office is always busy and she is constantly seeing patients. She is very good at what she does. Her diagnosis is highly accurate and although there may be a bit of a wait at times, this can be expected as she does respectfully spend more time if she detects any anomalies. This is very professional and admirable of her. It is really hard to find doctors like her.

Excellent care in all 3 of my pregnancies and many ultrasounds for my condition. Her practice gives you a cd of pictures of your baby and also paper pictures. Whoever is complaining of not being able to videotape is silly: did it ever occur to you that this is a medical procedure? To me accurate diagnosis is more important and this doctor does it well

I asked for permission to make video of my baby's ultrasound. Denied. Reason? Our policy. Why? Sanctioned by some national institute. I'm the 1st one to complain. Became noticeably angry. Also, because, she interprets the pictures. Afterwards, no interpretation whatsoever, just silence. One of the doctors who thinks that patients who question them are nuisance, if not adversaries. When will the medical profession start treating patients as customers? Too bad, seems that she knows her profession well, proficient in finding quickly all the baby's vital organs. Nevertheless, avoid if you can. Too bad that there is not a very poor choice - she'd deserve it...
