Dr Simpson is very kind, and professional. I would highly recommend her.

I'm nearly 70 and hadn't been to a dermatologist before. I felt very relaxed and the visit was Very Professional, personable. I felt very confident when I left that everything was checked and under control.

I was highly recommended to see this doctor however the staff is very incompetent. Called to schedule appointment and Cynthia took all my information including insurance information. Needless to say I waited one month to be seen. They still called to confirm my appointment. Show up early to appointment hand my insurance card and with a smirk on their face say they don't take my insurance, which is Aetna by the way and they are listed as a accepted provider. Staff does not value people's time as I had to leave work early. It is very upsetting that a highly recommended doctor has such an incompetent staff.

I've gone to see other providers in the same specialty and was super impressed with Dr. Jana Simpson, she is kind and respectful and very knowledgable. The staff is courteous as well and I have never had a problem with this office. Kudos!!

The staff was friendly and efficient! I was able to get in right away due to a cancellation but I still wouldn't have had to wait too long. Once I arrived there were minimal papers to fill out and I was called shortly after. The Dr. came in a few minutes later where we had a discussion (I had a mole that was worrying me). She then immediately removed the mole and we were done. Another doctor may have required 1 or 2 more visits. Overall, I was very pleased. She was very personable. I will definately be recommending her to anyone who needs to see a dermatologist.
