I was referred to Dr. Wells by an ER doctor. She really cares about my children; she takes time to answer all of my questions and to address any issues I bring up; she is very knowledgable and was able to make a diagnosis that my previous pediatrician missed.

Both of my daughters have been with Dr Wells for nearly 10 years. Although sometimes I get frustrated with the staff, it is always worth it when my girls see Dr. Wells. She is so amazing with my daughters. She is thorough, caring, and talks to them directly, and really listens. She clearly explains things to them. She takes the time to follow up, and to not dismiss anything that a parent brings to her attention. We love Dr. Wells.

I've heard wonderful things about this doctor, however, it's IMPOSSIBLE to make an appointment with her. I changed MDs immediately!!!! Her office staff is too busy, they keep you on hold forever, and you can't get an appointment for at least 1 month when you call. FORGET IT! Very frustrating.
