IF YOU WANT GREAT HEALTHCARE, A CLEAN SANITINZED ENVIRONMENT, A PLACE THAT PROTECTS AND VALUES YOUR PRIVACY, AND GENUINELY CARES FOR YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! I HAVE BEEN A MEDICAL ASSISTANT FOR ALMOST 15 YEARS, HAVE WORKED FOR VERY PROFESSIONAL WELL KNOWN CREDIBLE HEALTHCARE ESTABLISHMENTS ACROSS THE SUBURBS. BUT NEVER HAVE I EXPERIENCED AND WITNESSED SUCH HORRIBLE HEALTHCARE IN MY ENTIRE CAREER SINCE WORKING FOR THIS GROUP. I AM A WOMAN OF COLOR WHO WAS JUST FIRED BECAUSE I WAS STANDING UP FOR THE PATIENTS SAFETY AND WELL BEING! MY NOW EX-SUPERVISOR FIRED ME BECAUSE I KEPT COMPLAINING ABOUT HOW UNCLEAN AND UNSANITARY THE OFFICE WAS. I WAS THE ONLY EMPLOYEE WIPING DOWN PATIENT AREAS, EXAM TABLES, MEDICAL EQUIPMENT ON A DAILY BASIS. MY SUPERVISOR FELT IT WAS MORE IMPORTANT TO BE FRIENDLY WITH HER STAFF THAN TO ENFORCE THE CLEANLINESS AND SAFETY OF OUR PATIENTS. SHE ALSO FELT THAT IT WASN'T NECESSARY TO MONITOR AND RECORD TEMPERATURE LOGS OF MEDICATION SAMPLES,… AND VACCINES, AND TO CHECK EXPIRATION DATES FOR THE SAFETY OF THE PATIENTS. THE WAITING AREAS, WALLS, AND FLOORS ARE NOTICEABLY FILTHY WITH DIRT, AND DUST THAT NEVER GETS CLEANED. SINCE I WAS THE NEW PERSON RUFFLING FEATHERS OF THE SEASONED EMPLOYEES, I WAS SINGLED OUT, LIED ON, BULLIED, AND ACCUSED OF FALSE ACCUSATIONS TO GET ME OUT OF THERE. I ENDED UP BEING FIRED, ALL BECAUSE I WAS DOING MY JOB, AND JUST TRYING TO ENFORCE THE SAFETY AND WELL BEING OF THE PATIENTS. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR, AND I WOULDN'T SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO THERE FOR HEALTHCARE UNTIL THE OFFICE MANAGER OF CHANNAHON AND PLAINFIELD GETS REPLACED WITH SOMEONE WHO TRULY INDEED KNOWS THE MEANING OF GREAT HEALTHCARE!

I met with the Doctor Mohan to get a tax disability form signed. Dr Mohan told me to return that same day before the office closed to pick up the signed tax form. When I returned to the office that afternoon, I was greeted by an angry emotional office manager. She denied giving me the signed form. When I provided her with a legal Power of Attorney for my 80 year old mother she began to scream and verbal assault me. I offered her to talk with my parents for verification. She instead called the police and tried to have me arrested. My 80 year parents were made, the next day, to drive 40 miles to pick up the signed tax form. No one from this office has apologized for this humiliation or inconvenience suffered.

Dr. Jeganmohan is wonderful and the only reason I use her as my family doctor. Staff could be a tad friendlier and a little less curt. Dr J. Has a wonderful personality and great bedside manner. Understands patient's needs and makes referrals and recommendations.

I did not feel comfortable with the Doctor. She seemed more interested in her practice than in her patients. Referred me to Doctors with low ratings and who were inexperienced at their specialty. Did not listen. Her staff on a whole with one exception were rude and made numerous errors. Would not recommend and have changed my primary care physician.

Dr. Mohan is the most caring doctor, I have ever met. She LISTENS to what you say, asks questions and sets a path for you and her to take to get to wellness. Don't hesitate to call her for a consultation. You will find her extremely knowledgeable and up to date on latest medications.

Great doctor; always takes the time to listen and seems to sincerely care.

Dr. Mohan has a wonderful personality and will spend as much time with you as you need to feel comfortable. I would recommend her to all of my family and friends.
