Janani Kidambi

I had a wellness exam which should last for 30 minutes, but I was only given 20 minutes. Dr. Kidambi is rude, impatient, and often would cut me off. She lacks empathy and compassion the very basic need of the profession.Poorly done physical exam that too on my request.Very disappointed with her.

This was my first visit. My entire experience was very good and as expected.

I thought the process of making an appointment was difficult. I originally made an appointment, waited three months and it did not show on the books, so I had to re book and wait. I did that in person with no problem. I had to book a follow up appointment (on-line always pressed on consumers) and I found that process cumbersome and unnecessarily complicated as I was switched back and forth from the facility to Providence and had to re-choose facility and provider. Otherwise, everything was very good.

My first time with this doctor. Friendly, Concerned and efficient.

I was establishing the Dr as my primary care physician and and extremely satisfied with the care I received

I did get the care I needed that day.

Kidambi is wonderful. She actually listens to you and takes what you have to say seriously. This is not about Kidambi but have repeated issues with getting my blood test done at the clinic. Last year and this year I was told to fast and I would get the test at the clinic and both times when I showed up they told me they couldn't do it because of staff issues. This a very frustrating as I had to go up to the hospital and wait which took time away from my work. I'm hourly and can't take unscheduled time off. Fasting is difficult for me after my surgery as I get sick if my stomach is empty for too long. This causes discomfort and stress. I wish there would be a backup lab person in case the main one calls out or at least call me or message before my appointment.

Dr. Janani Kidambi is an exceptional family physician whose medical skill and compassion span multiple generations. She consistently demonstrates a high standard of care, prompting a recommendation that she take on a larger role in recruiting and mentoring others in the medical field.

As always, I can't say enough about Dr. Kidambi. Her skills and her knowledge are awesome; she's just a wonderful doctor! She's saved my life a few times now. I'm very blessed to have her as a doctor.
