Been going for years but only seen Dr. Bistline maybe twice. Something is always changing, never consistent. Some staff are great but most are terrible. Front desk lady is the worst.

The staff is not friendly. You get there in pain of course, and does not get any reasurrance or explanation of any kind. They make you feel like you are wasting their time! And of course you are paying to be seen. It's extremely sad, no compassion at all. Lack of professionalism.

She’s barbaric and zero bedside manner. Had injections by her that lasted all of 24 hours, this happens but the traumatic was she stabs you doesn’t make someone want to try for round two.

The worst experience. I left because there were FIFTEEN patients with a 1:30 appointment so that was so ridiculous. The environment was not very cozy at all. It was like a hospital. Not inviting. Ugly. The people were NOT friendly.

The Dr. Is good but, the staff leaves a lot to be desired. I have tried to request an appointment for 3 days. Apparently they are not willing to deal with insurance companies, just lawyers. I was told I Need a lawyer even after I told them my insurance was already willing to take care of it. Although, I liked they was I was handled last time i am not willing to get a lawyer just to accommodate them.
