DR. Cai treats you as YOU-you’re not just “another patient”. Also appreciate the fact I can be seen by her either same or next day when I call.

Dr Cai keeps up with my health through regular checkups and preventive strategies to keep me going strong. Also, she’s very kind. She is available whenever we need her. We think she’s the best!

When I moved to The Villages in 2004 I immediately began searching for a family physician with a specialty in Internal Medicine. Because of my background with the development and large-scale production of antibiotics for the pharmaceutical industry, I was impressed with Dr. Cai’s M.S. degree in pharmacology and knew that she would have expert knowledge of the endless list of medications available, their side effects and interactions – a valuable asset to a practicing physician. My wife, Linda, a nurse practitioner in OB/GYN was also very impressed with our care in the hands of Dr. Cai. Over the past 14 years we developed a special bond with Dr. Cai and her staff. That bond developed into a remarkable support system that carried me through a stressful 5 years of care-giving, after my wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s dementia. It is rewarding to know that I am in the care of a physician who “listens” to her patients, talks to her patients and wants to provide them with the best… medical care possible. Ever since I’ve been a patient of Dr. Cai everyone else is second to none. Dr. Cai takes pride in her work and takes time when you were there and never once have I felt rushed. She even asked me things that I wouldn’t even think to ask. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends because she sets the bar so high when it comes to physicians.

After searching for many years, we have finally found a doctor who cares about our health and us. Everyone we have met that works there has been competent, pleasant and professional. Dr. Cai listens to our health concerns, offers great solutions or advice, sets up a plan to solve your problems and keep you healthy.

Dr. Cai is a very thoughtful doctor and cares very much about her patients. She will even go out of her way to call patients in her free time and willingly give out her own personal cell phone number to them as well. She may not have a short wait time, but she will spend a equal good amount of time with each of her patients. She will do anything in her power to ensure everything possible is done to help someone get better. Yes, she does charge $1 a page for copies, but she will send any information free of charge to one of your other doctors and you could get a copy from them free of charge. She is a small office, so I understand why she does charge for each page of copies. She isn't in this profession only to make money, but is genuinely concerned for all her patients well being.

Dr, Cai is one of the most caring doctors I have ever encountered. always have an accurate diagnosis. she even calls on weekends and at nights to check up on her patients. she evens gives her cell ph # to pts to call her at anytime with any medical concerns. her staff is very poliet and always smiling with pts. she truly cares about her pts. I think she has a great intuition on her pts on a medical aspect. I will highly reccommend her to all my friends and family member. had a great experience at her office.

the first visit I waited an hour to been seen and I thought maybe it was just a busy day. I'm actually waiting in a room right now on my 2ndand visit and it has been 50mins! While they take you back and put you in a room and I was told 1 patient ahead of me, I can't believe it! I don't think any dDr gives 50 Mins per patient. Care was good first time, put me on meds that have helped so I guess I'm willing to wait!

Excellent Doctor. Cares tremendously about my health. Even called my cell phone to see how I was doing.

Very abrupt. Doesn't take time to explain what is going on in your body. Good as a doctor, but not warm or caring.
