Dr. Jane Susan Disa-Smith, DO

Could not be more satisfied with the care and concern she shows. I have been with Dr. D'Isa-Smith for more than 22 years. She is very thorough and easy to talk to. She listens and helps to put you at ease with whatever you are dealing with.

Dr D'Isa Smith was most courteous, as were her office personnel. Waiting room was airy and comfortable, minimal wait. She validated my concerns, took a full history, agreed to run tests I was concerned about (thyroid), and said she wanted to hold off prescribing until test results came in. Next day results were already in my MyChart online file. However, she didn't call back to tell me her plan based on test results. I had to call the office, but had waited almost two weeks before doing so reckoning she would be calling. Things were dealt with professionally, other than that. She was most pleasant, thorough, accommodating and professional. I'm glad I found her, and I'm sure we'll sort out what happened with the follow-up phone call.
