Dr Jane Doeblin, MD

Very friendly staff. I have been seeing Dr. Doeblin for years. She takes the time to answer all my Dr Doeblin always makes me feel very comfortable and she takes the time to answer all my questions no matter how long it takes.

I've been seeing Dr. Doeblin for years and value her straight-forward and practical advice, as well as her warmth and empathetic manner. She has decades of experience and yet is also up on the latest research and recommendations re women's health. I always feel like I have her full attention and never feel rushed. She's definitely busy -- I've learned to book my annual exam 3 months in advance -- but seeing her is worth the advanced planning for sure.

I have been a patient at WGCA for 5 years. I recently saw Dr. Doeblin for a problem I was having and I was quite nervous. Dr. Doeblin put me at ease and took the time to answer all of my questions. With EMR taking over medical practices , Dr. Doeblin never looked at her computer, she gave me her full attention. She is a fine doctor!

The staff is very rude. I was seen by 3 of the md's in this practice, dr. doeblin included, every one of the md's tried to interpret my ultrasound and all three of them gave me a completely different diagnosis all of which were incorrect. Unsafe!

I warn you. Stay away from this doctor! She is incompetent and there are far better choices in Rochester

I feel like some of my concerns are being dismissed and I have to push for the tests for the diagnosis. It's extremely difficult to get an appointment I the wait is usually 3 month for the annual check up. Once I called them 3 month in advance and they told me that they are not yet taking any appointments, I called them again and they stated she is all booked up. I don't have time to keep calling them when they open up a calendar. To be fair, doctor is good following up on the appointments and tests and makes an effort to get i touch, if something is wrong.

Harassed by staff for the last 3 years and charged for appointments I had cancelled an exorbant amount of times (the charges, I mean). Everything was handled in a completely unprofessional way in every way! I am disappointed and furious of the way they have treated me. It makes me sad that I had respect for them since they handled my mother's breast cancer case. Obviously in the true form of greed they had expanded beyond their capability to properly care for the amount of clients they hold since it would take an average of 4-5 months to get an appointment with them (which was why I cancelled- insurance ran out by then!) Not only did they charge me for "missed appt", they tried to charge me for a 2nd appt "yearly exam" that I had never made! The kicker being the letter stating they would refuse any further treatment of my needs or conditions. I will try to respect you for the lengths you went for my mother however, you and your staff should be ashamed!!! even the last time I had gone… to the clinic I was mistreated by staff and never even seen by my "Dr." They have further ruined my confidence in the medical profession.
